He’s kind, patient, really listens and also good at helping you decide what you really want in a house. He did such a great job helping us find the house of our dreams at a time when the market was crazy. He kept me feeling calm about the process. We bought and sold with Jay. When we sold, He did an amazing job at helping us to get the best offer. He helped us time it as well as we could. He gave great advice with helping stage our house too. When we bought we had so many options including living with in- laws. He was patient to take us to any house we thought could work for multigenerational living OR just our immediate family.
